A leading property consultancy is seeking a skilled and Residential Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This role involves conducting detailed Home Reports, Mortgage Valuations, and Development Appraisals, providing expert advice on residential properties and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Home Reports and Mortgage Valuations
Perform Development Appraisals
Provide professional advice on residential and development properties
Stay updated on market trends and regulations

Qualifications:

MRICS membership or working towards
Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
Knowledge of Scottish Market
