Full Job Description

In this integral role, you will be responsible for the provision of professional and proactive support for key elements of the staff recruitment process, acting as the main point of contact for candidates to ensure the delivery of a first-class recruitment service aligned with the University's strategic objectives. Working alongside a friendly, supportive team, you will have responsibility for the recruitment life cycle from advert through to offer for a number of vacancies across a specified (Academic/Professional Services/Research) staff category, demonstrating strong process management expertise and multi-channel candidate sourcing whilst promoting an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

With previous recruitment and resourcing experience gained in a fast paced, high-volume recruitment environment, you will possess excellent administrative skills.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, with a high level of attention to detail, and committed to a 'right first time' approach. You will have the ability to multitask and independently prioritise your work, with often changing and competing priorities, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service simultaneously.
