Restaurant and Bar Manager - 5 Star Hotel and Spa (North East Scotland)
Salary: 38,000 - 40,000 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week
Search Consultancy are excited to be partnering with one of Scotland's finest hotel and spa's. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant and Bar Manager to join the prestigious team of a 5-star hotel and spa located in the scenic North East of Scotland, just 15 minutes from Aberdeen city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated team in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the restaurant and bar operations within the hotel, ensuring the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction.
* Lead and support a team of 5 supervisors and numerous assistants, providing clear direction and fostering a culture of excellence.
* Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations while maintaining exceptional standards of food and beverage service.
* Work closely with the hotel management team to deliver fine dining experiences that reflect the luxury and prestige of the hotel.
* Drive revenue growth through innovative ideas and excellent guest engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in fine dining and working in 4 or 5-star hotel establishments.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a young and vibrant team.
* Confident communicator with a keen interest in all aspects of hospitality.
* A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
* Knowledge of wine and beverage service will be highly advantageous.
