In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping their reward initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders and HR teams to ensure the smooth execution of the global remuneration review and other high-priority reward projects. You’ll be responsible for gathering and analysing compensation data, supporting salary benchmarking, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reward Experience: You bring previous experience in a reward or compensation-focused role, preferably within a complex global organisation.
• Analytical Skills: Strong experience in data analysis, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel to handle complex data sets.
• Attention to Detail: You’re meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy and precision even under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative Approach: You thrive in a team environment and can work effectively with stakeholders across different functions.
• Drive and Resilience: You are calm under pressure, and your ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities will ensure your success in this role.
