Reward Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Assistant to join the Reward team on a permanent basis. Reporting to Reward Manager, and based at Queen Street, the Reward Assistant will support the provision of a comprehensive and professional Reward service to the business. The role will work collaboratively with our HR teams to support the delivery of the HR strategy and projects.,

• Processing of UK, France and South Africa payrolls and supporting other locations as required


• Assist with administration of UK benefits; changes, reporting and annual insurance renewals


• Work with Reward Analysts on pensions, shares and our global recognition scheme


• Provide excellent customer service to employees and managers with queries relating to Total Reward, including pay and benefits.


• Work with HRIS team to ensure accuracy within HR data and processes, including to train, coach and support HR team members in process and data management
  
  We are looking for prior experience processing payroll and working in Reward, with knowledge of employment taxes, particularly PAYE and NIC. Advanced Microsoft Excel & data analytical skills are essential with ideally previous experience of SAP HR & Payroll and/or Success Factors. This role requires a highly organised and flexible approach, the ability to meet tight deadlines and a drive to find innovative solutions. The individual will be working towards CIPD or CIPP - holding a CIPP qualification is a requirement of the role, support in gaining this qualification will be provided.

• Salary £31,000 - £38,000 per annum
