Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Manager to join the Reward team on a permanent basis. Reporting to Head of Reward, and based at Queen Street, the Reward Manager will be instrumental in managing, developing, and implementing the group reward strategy, ensuring alignment with the business and people strategy, driving business performance and engagement of talent.,

  • Provide consultancy support to key stakeholders and operate as a trusted and influential advisor to leaders, managers and HR teams on all areas of reward, including activity in relation to the annual reward cycle and project activity.

  • Implement and refine Edrington's Total Reward philosophy, building an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Total Reward at Edrington to articulate and define the key aspects of the Edrington employee value proposition

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new reward programmes, continuous improvement, horizon scanning and innovation.

  • Provide insight, analysis and recommendations for the Edrington Board, including the Remuneration Committee, the Executive Committee, the HR Leadership team and Business Unit Leadership teams.

    To succeed in this role you must be able to demonstrate significant expertise in all areas of Total Reward and reward management. You will have the ability to be flexible, working in an agile manner, meeting tight deadlines and regularly work under pressure. You will have excellent attention to detail with strong influencing, communication, analytical and project management skills.

  • Salary £54,000 - £68,000 per annum
