Full Job Description

As the Reward Partner, you'll work in conjunction with senior HR (People) & Finance Leaders to shape & drive the reward strategy (including financial & non-financial reward). Understand & leverage the interface between the reward, resourcing, people & business strategies. You'll manage end-to-end reward processes e.g. annual salary review process, out of cycle salary increases, DC pension schemes, car allowance, electric vehicles, Salary Finance, EAP, Benefits Hub. Manage the interface with the private healthcare & life assurance benefits.

You'll also be responsible for leading & developing the Payroll function, manage risk and ensure the legal compliance of reward processes e.g. HMRC audit compliance, modern slavery, equal pay, gender pay gap reporting, GDPR. Ensure compliance with customer requirements e.g. Sedex, while keeping abreast of legal & sector changes.

You will drive engagement by actively communicating reward offerings, understanding business, prospective & current colleague needs, analysing data & developing tax efficient & cost-effective reward solutions to address those needs. You will lead the Financial Wellbeing pillar of the Health & Wellbeing Strategy and build collaborative internal partnering relationships with leaders across all business areas & external relationships with reward partners.

As the Reward Partner you will map external markets, organisations & trends to identify, source, & deliver reward insights/solutions. Conduct internal/external benchmarking to ensure that our reward offering remains competitive, fair & ethical. Along with develop & communicate reward metrics/reports that measure success & provide insight for decision making. Leverage people system technology. You will also advise on best practice (including DEI) in relation to reward. Develop the capability of internal stakeholders in reward best practice.

This is a fast-paced and the successful candidate will have worked in a similar Reward position. They'll have up to date knowledge in managing rewards and benefit programmes within a business. They'll have excellent business partnering skills and the ability to influence and challenge across various stakeholder in the business. They'll have good organisational and administrative skills and good IT systems experience., · Excellent knowledge & experience of reward practices, including legislative compliance, gained at a senior level
