Job Title: Risk & Compliance Administrator
Location: Glasgow G4
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
As the Risk & Compliance Administrator, you will:
Manage processes related to tracker and theft recovery systems proactively
Support the recovery of lost or stolen equipment, liaising with suppliers and authorities
Administer internal reporting of thefts and workplace incidents
Process and monitor claims and insurance documentation
Maintain the Motor Insurance Database with precision
Produce and coordinate Management Information (MI) reports
Distribute safety and compliance documentation across the depot network
Maintain various spreadsheets and systems accurately
Ensure prompt completion of paperwork and reports
Address depot queries and maintain equipment registers
Undertake additional administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent administration skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word
A professional demeanour and positive attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organisational levels
Ability to adapt and respond to changes in a dynamic environment
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Experience in a safety or compliance-focused role
Familiarity with risk management systems
Previous administrative experience in a similar industry
Technologies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Experience with database management and reporting tools
