Risk Management Graduate Programme 2025

You'll be part of a growing, diverse team that are involved in every aspect of the project life-cycle, supporting the projects teams in all Risk management - from developing strategies in risk management to day to day risk management including running analysis and facilitating risk reviews. Our Risk team in the advisory unit are working on high-profile projects to support clients with the Risk and Value management expertise. As a graduate, you will be involved in all aspects of a project delivery and its development phases. These usually involve: early design, optioneering, design development, construction and close out. We work with a large number of clients from different industries such as: Network Rail, Heathrow airport, Stansted airport, Highways England, HS2, Crossrail, Alstom, Skanska and many more. Our projects come in different sizes and complexities, so you'll have the opportunity to gain a large amount of experience., A graduate position should be more than just a job. To be eligible for this opportunity, you will have less than 12 months relevant experience (excluding placements) and have a degree (obtained no earlier than 2023) or are expected to achieve one in the following subjects.

• Project Management
• Business Studies or similar
