Based at Fairmuir House, 365 Clepington Road, you will work Mon-Fri, 37 hours per week.
The salary for this post is in the region of £33,022.

You will be a time served Roofer City and Guilds/ SVQ2 or equivalent.Responsibilities
You will carry out all aspects of flat roofing work on behalf of DCC Construction Services across a range of domestic and non-domestic properties. Works including maintenance, repairs, refurbishment and newbuild/installations, all to the standard specified, manufactures specification and/or to tradesman expected levels. You will contribute to a high quality and cost-effective service to meet Customer and Service expectations.The Individual
You will have experience in all aspects of the trade.
You will have the ability to read and understand construction drawings, have knowledge of other trades, ability to co‑ordinate works with other trades and have an understanding of current Health and Safety regulations.
You will be flexible, a team player and have the ability to work on your own initiative with good communication skills.
You will also require to be comfortable working at heights.
You will have a full current driving licence.
