Rotational Physiotherapist

The Golden Jubilee National Hospital is the West of Scotland Heart & Lung Centre and provides elective orthopaedic surgeries to patients throughout Scotland to assist in the reduction of waiting times and is a different health board to NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

An opportunity has arisen for two enthusiastic and motivated physiotherapists to join the team on a permanent basis. These posts offer, both new graduates and more experienced band 5 physiotherapists, an opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team promoting enhanced recovery after surgery within the innovative elective orthopaedic department and cardiothoracic services, which covers heart surgery, lung surgery and Advanced Heart Failure.

The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, be driven and able to work effectively in a busy and sometimes unpredictable environment. There will be a commitment to seven day working and on-call.  HCPC registration number must be included in the application.
