Route to Employment Support & Monitoring Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting, assessing, inducting, monitoring and supporting learners
• Providing administrative and project support to Managers
• Being a point of contact for the Route to Employment team to the wider College and external partners
  
  Be friendly, approachable and possess great interpersonal skills
• Be able to work well with external organisations
• Have experience with the collection, recording, manipulation and reporting of data
• Be excited to learn about new processes and undertake CPD
