This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstars unique game development studio in the heart of Dundee, Scotland.
Rockstar Dundee is on the lookout for an energetic, self-motivated and organised Runner to join the company. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, possess a passion for customer service, resourceful and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT WE DO

We are a busy and organized team who ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Dundee studio.
We support the Companys goals and values, demonstrating them in all work activities and interactions.
We are focused, we anticipate the needs of the studio to provide positive and efficient support to the studio and our visitors.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will change on a daily basis, and you will be expected to assist the studio as needed. This will include:

Running general errands including coffee and lunch runs.
Handling and distributing deliveries and mail.
Refilling stocks and supplies as needed.
Collecting documents, photocopying & scanning.
Assisting the support and management teams.
Keeping the office area tidy and well presented.
Monitor and respond to emails.
Maintain admin processes and procedures to ensure that all records are kept up to date with accuracy.
Manage competing priorities effectively.

Proficient on MS Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Strong typing and ICT skills, web and tech literate., Resourcefulness and flexibility, working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining grace under pressure.
Ability to work in a team and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Organised multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise as set by lead.
Strong attention to detail.
Have a positive can-do attitude!
