SA646 - Active Schools Coordinator

Are you passionate about getting more children, more active, more often? Do you have the skills and drive to inspire young people to engage in sport and physical activity? As an Active Schools Coordinator, you will play a key role in increasing participation in sport and physical activity across the Oldmachar Associated School Group (ASG) in Aberdeen. This includes the secondary school and its feeder primary schools, providing you with the opportunity to make a real impact across the whole school community.,

• Develop and coordinate a diverse and engaging extracurricular sport and physical activity programme
• Recruit, support, and develop volunteers and young leaders
• Create pathways from school sports to local sports clubs and community groups
• Support young people from priority groups to participate in activities
• Work collaboratively with school staff, local partners, and community organisations
