Are you passionate about sales and looking for an opportunity to grow in a dynamic, supportive environment? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our clients energetic team, initially on a 12-month maternity cover contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside their talented sales team and directors, supporting ambitious growth plans by handling key day-to-day tasks that enable the team to focus on building strong relationships with clients. Based in their modern office, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the sales operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and processing client enquiries.
- Liaising with clients to gather required information.
- Creating schedules from floor plans and other documents.
- Answering and making calls to support client needs.
- Scheduling meetings and handling associated administration.
- Taking notes during meetings and following up on action points.
- Arranging travel for the sales team when necessary.
- Maintaining and updating our CRM with client information and follow-up tasks.
- Handling orders and ensuring smooth project handovers.
- Assisting with sales reports, client paperwork, and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs).
- Overseeing the sales and website email inboxes.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.
