They are seeking an Admin and Sales Negotiator to support their expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage diaries and schedules for the team, ensuring efficient operations.
• Issue sign-up documentation for new clients and conduct anti-money laundering checks.
• Assist in the preparation of properties for market launch, handling key management and coordinating home reports and photographs.
• Upload new property listings and proof them on their websites while managing For Sale board placements.
• Handle incoming communications in the sales inbox, qualifying viewer leads, and scheduling viewings as needed.
• Negotiate offers and provide necessary updates and feedback to clients, solicitors, and financial advisors.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in estate agency or a related sales environment.
• Strong organisational and diary management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and property listing management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
