Full Job Description
Anderson Knight is seeking a Sales Advisor to join a well-established company located in Glasgow.
As a Sales Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop potential client lists through lead generation, utilising the company’s website and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a database of potential sales leads across the UK by conducting proactive calls and emails.
• Manage inbound inquiries from prospective clients.
• Engage customers by asking insightful questions to identify their needs.
• Generate interest and secure appointments over the phone.
• Provide feedback to the Sales Management team on strategies to expand business opportunities and enhance lead generation (e.g., sales materials, selling strategies, target audiences, etc.).
• Prepare regular weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Conduct welcome calls to establish customer expectations throughout the on boarding process and provide aftercare support.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and call frequency goals.
• Perform scheduled up selling calls to the existing customer base.
• Oversee the administration of order processing, including initial orders.
• Offer suggestions to Management regarding product and sales strategies.

To be considered, you must have relevant experience in a similar role, such as telesales, telemarketing, or business lead prospecting.
