Are you a proven Sales Advisor looking to hit the ground running on a flagship development due to open in the new year on a part time basis?
We are working in partnership with one of the biggest names in the industry who is looking to appoint a Sales Advisor to work on a high profile development in Whitburn on a 3 day week, Friday - Sunday working pattern. This development has a strong level of enquiries coming through with a show home expected to be ready early Spring. The developer uses an innovative construction method that decreases delays to the build programme so if you are interested to work on something that is at the forefront of new home construction innovation then reach out today.
As Sales Advisor, key responsibilities include:
- Effectively secure sales across the development off plan ahead of completion in line with quarterly targets.
- Arranging and conducting off-plan appointments with prospective buyers manage clients across all price ranges both off-plan in the marketing suite and from the show apartments.
- Manage sales to missive and completion of sale through influencing, persuading and negotiating whilst giving best, professional advice to clients at all times.
- Regular call-outs and emails to a sizeable database already gathered.
- Have a strong knowledge of the schemes across Edinburgh maintaining an awareness of competing schemes in area and trends in the local property market.
- Manage and process all purchaser selections within cut-off date and upsell specification.
- Ensure the marketing suite and show homes are well presented and tend to any issues that may arise, Thorough preparation of the sales centre by arriving early as required.
- Close liaison with the development sales team, reporting problems on site without delay, following reporting procedure as per briefing note and problem solving where required.
- Ensure good liaison with client at all times, keeping them updated on sales as required.
- Liaison with clients’ build, legal and sales departments as required.
- Update CRM system including maintaining records accurately.
- Produce reports to enable targeted prospecting and providing internal/client progress reports as required.
- Maintain accurate sales brochures, price lists, specification lists and displays.
- Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities in a proactive manner.
Skills required to carry out the role and hit the ground running:
- Experience of new homes sales including purchaser selections is essential.
- Confident manner and proficient in dealing with applicants and all levels of management.
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate.
- Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships with excellent customer care skills.
- Adaptable and flexible with a proven ability to multi-task, take responsibility and follow through on commitments.
