Full Job Description

Our Global Sales Function works with a diverse range of customers, everything from start-ups to the most well-known global corporations. We work closely with our customers to develop a clear understanding of their business context, their needs, and how our range of products can support their business objectives. We've recently created an exciting new sales demand strategy function that will see the introduction of Sales Development Representatives who will play a key role in helping drive our sales growth Globally. With a track record of success in a similar function, you will use your excellent relationship building and business development skills to deliver highly effective sales outreach and lead qualification and move prospects through the sales funnel. This is a hybrid role based out of our H/O in Dundee. You would be required to be in the office 2 days a week for your first 2-3 months and then there will be quite flexibility around frequency in the office.

  • You'll be working as part of the highly motivated and successful UK & Ireland team to take prospects supplied by marketing and use key sales data and customer research to engage with prospects one-to-one via email, phone, LinkedIn and introductory meetings in order to qualify leads and create sales pipeline for our sales account managers.
  • You'll be the first point of contact for a diverse array of prospects from some of the largest and fastest growing organizations in the world.
  • Using your sharp communication skills, you will quickly develop rapport and gain an understanding of prospects' business needs before expertly communicating Insights' value proposition and inspiring with the possibilities available.
  • Use calls, emails and social outreach to book introductory meetings so you can qualify prospects.
  • Generate sales pipeline by coordinating the seamless hand-off of qualified opportunities to sales account managers.
  • Collaborate with sales account managers to meet the company's targets.
  • Use your knowledge to support the development of materials, such as videos, that will help book more meetings and demos.
