Full Job Description

Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a manufacturing business. The primary responsibilities will involve managing customer accounts, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, production, and customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, handling both repeat and new sales over the phone.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Utilise our ERP system for efficient order processing (experience preferred but not required).
  • Accurately record market information and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the production department to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Address and resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly.
  • Assist with general office administration and support the sales team as needed.

Skills and Experience

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent organisational skills, and a desire to grow in account management. A third-level qualification and/or a minimum of two years' sales experience is preferred.
