Job Title: Sales and Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expediting and Purchasing: Utilize your expertise in expediting and purchasing within the Oil & Gas sector to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Portal Management: Navigate and manage industry-standard portals such as Ariba and Oracle for efficient transaction processing and documentation.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Oversee the uploading of documentation and ensure compliance with custom clearing regulations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics to optimize the supply chain and ensure the smooth flow of materials.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer trackers to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide the necessary support for business development and client management.
  • Data Analysis: Apply your Excel knowledge to analyse data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly in expediting and purchasing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with portals such as Ariba and Oracle, and strong Excel skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyse problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
