Sales Manager

Fintech Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for the Solutions department on behalf of our client, a provider of products and services to the global market within offshore and maritime industries, based in Aberdeen.

In your new role you will be setting up an Onshore/Offshore Solutions department, with the support and help of the Solutions Team, and you will be commercially and operationally responsible for the Solutions department of the company.

To be successful in this role you must have strong technical and commercial experience in a similar role, experience in sales/ account management and a strong understanding of onshore/ offshore solutions. Our client is looking for an ambitious individual with strong experience in their field of business who also has great people and communication skills.

Key duties of this role:

‍

·         Sales and account management.

·         Prepare and (coordinate) supervise projects during implementation.

·         Reviews and occasionally discusses test results with customers and/or inspection authorities.

·         Continuously improve test and other working methods and proactively initiate improvement actions for better quality, safer and more efficient work in connection with the Solutions team.

·         You will be responsible for thorough preparation of the Service, Inspection and Test work.

·         You will also be responsible for the turnover and costs of the Solutions department.
