Full Job Description

  • Organize the Reliability Solutions sales structure and resources to best support growth objectives and set individual sales plans with the team.
  • Directly lead the Reliability Solutions sales team, ensuring perfect execution of sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the Systems and Software leadership team to enhance our presence in capital projects and Industrial Software.
  • Provide accurate monthly POR forecasting for all of the Reliability Solutions business
  • Develop marketing and promotional programs in support of sales strategies.
  • Drive sales efficiency practices through the use of tools such as CRM.
  • Lead on Sales & Operations processes to ensure the operations organization can plan resource requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to exchange product and application knowledge, strategize, and carry out actions to consistently enhance customer service levels.
  • Proactively develop strategies for enhancing sales of solutions and software, including wireless technologies.
  • Manage the Reliability Solutions ADC channel in the UK & Ireland.
  • Perform export control and screening (trade compliance) of opportunities.
  • Effectively manage time to meet department targets, critical metrics, and order entries.
  • Continuously forecast Reliability Solutions expectations and update ongoing business planning tools, including POR, Quarterly, Mid-Year, and Yearly Budget Reviews.

    Experience of managing a sales team or in value-based solutions.
  • Consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of Reliability technologies and applications.
  • Proficiency in using standard business reporting tools such as CRM.
  • Ability to travel as needed to fulfil the duties of the role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
