Full Job Description
The purpose of this role is to be individually responsible for the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, lead qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation and post-contract account management.
This would be an entirely remote, full-time, home-based role to be worked flexibly according to your own preferred working schedule in conjunction with client meeting requirements.
Experience managing B2B business sales in a small business or startup environment
Be able to follow through from lead to winning the sale and follow metrics to shorten sales cycles
Ability to work on your own initiative, with a high degree of reliability and confidentiality
Proactive, hands-on approach, and strong ability to conduct cold outreach
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Interested by the prospect of building our sales culture and team
Willingness to understand and work alongside other sectors within the business
Highly advantageous:
B2B account management experience
Confident use of Salesforce or similar CRM platform
Experience of management within the NHS, Local Government, or Health Trusts in some capacity

We are now launching our new brand, British Carers, with the intention of expanding our service to be able to offer in-home care for all age groups.

Salary starting at 30k with regular increases based on performance
