This role involves managing the administrative elements of property transactions, negotiating offers, and providing strategic advice to clients. If you have a passion for property and a proven track record in negotiation, this could be the perfect role for you.

• Manage the administrative elements of handling clients and properties on the market.
• Negotiate offers and conduct closing dates to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Advise clients on market strategy, surveys, and offer conditions to enhance their transaction success.
• Handle general telephone enquiries efficiently.
• Arrange smooth and clear offer handovers from the Estate Agency to the legal team.
• Oversee all properties on the market with the firm, ensuring daily operations are seamless.
• Contribute to winning new business and delivering excellent service to clients currently on the market.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated experience in property negotiation or a similar role.
• Ability to work effectively in a paper-free estate agency system.
• Capable of managing a large workload quickly and accurately.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage client expectations effectively.
