Full Job Description
- Support the coordination and execution of events, including venue booking where required.
- Ensure our commercial agreements are compliant and deliver value to the business.
- Ensure that venue, accommodation, equipment, promotional material etc is in place for events/campaigns.
- Co-ordinate attendance at the events and manage all logistic arrangements.
- Provide range of administration support building a good working knowledge of the Royal London people process and practices.
- Assist in day-to-day function budget management, raising requisitions and supporting management of the process
Proven background and experience in event coordination. - Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of sales and distribution processes.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
