Full Job Description

  • Manage incoming reservations and booking inquiries for both dining and events, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to organise and deliver bespoke events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring repeat business.

  • Maximise revenue opportunities by upselling and promoting various packages and services.

  • Work closely with the sales and events teams to meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Maintain an organised and accurate booking system, ensuring all details are recorded and communicated effectively.

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including email campaigns and promotional content, to drive awareness and sales.

    Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality, events, or sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with booking/reservations systems.

  • A passion for hospitality and a proactive approach to sales.
