PLZ Soccer: Sales, Sponsorship and Advertising Manager
Location: Scotland
Seniority: Senior Level
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £40 – £45k plus car allowance & bonus

We’re passionate about delivering results for our partners and are on the hunt for a Sales, Sponsorship and Advertising Manager to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships. If you’re a results-driven sales professional with a passion for football and a proven track record in sales, sponsorship and advertising, this is your chance to make a game-changing impact.
As a key player in our growth strategy, you’ll:
- Work closely with the CEO and Board, with clear targets and monthly performance reviews.
- Build and manage a high-value client portfolio, identifying new opportunities while retaining and growing existing accounts.
- Generate leads and close deals, presenting tailored sponsorship and advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues, in Social Media and Marketing, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless campaign execution.
- Stay ahead of the game by monitoring industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities to keep PLZ Soccer at the forefront.
The must-have skills and experience that you have:
- 2+ years of proven success providing sales, sponsorship and advertising solutions in a sports-related environment.
- A track record of smashing targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals.
- CRM proficiency to manage pipelines, track performance, and keep data accurate and actionable.
- Self-motivation and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Success in this role means:
- Exceeding) monthly and annual revenue targets, consistently driving growth.
- Expanding and retaining your client portfolio, building long-term partnerships.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, earning rave reviews and repeat business.
- Contributing to team success with accurate CRM records and a collaborative mindset.
