Full Job Description

We're recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator at our Glasgow Hamilton Road Vauxhall branch., We're looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to our busy sales department. You will help to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring you issue, receive, and record information in a timely and accurate manner.

This role would suit somebody who has administration experience and is looking for a role where they can develop skills in a professional working environment.

Day-to-day duties

  • Updating our time management system

  • Process vehicles on the journey - auction and MFL purchases.

  • Updating our journey system for vehicles going through the process.

  • Order any parts required for bodywork.

  • Checking recharge invoices received from other branches and querying any discrepancies.

  • Price changes on ad centre and our internal systems.

  • Ordering items via procurement.

  • Logging issues with Group Estates.

  • Carry out other tasks and duties as required appropriate to the post.

    A positive and enthusiastic individual who enjoys thinking on their feet and using their initiative to problem solve and ensure customers have a positive experience

  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task in a busy environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Have a reasonable proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Good team player who ensures that learning is shared among team members

  • Ability to take direction and be happy to respond to managers' instructions

  • Be reliable and dependable

  • Reactive and proactive problem-solving skills
