Full Job Description

At Lookers Glasgow Audi, we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our experienced and growing team. As a Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring our online presence for all our vehicles is up to date with the latest offers and to the highest standard, you will also assist in progressing the preparation of our vehicles before they are advertised for sale.

You will report to the Sales management team at Glasgow Audi, who will give on-going support to ensure you have the tools needed to succeed in your role.

The key tasks for this role would be.

  • Responsible for maximising our online presence for new and used cars, driving footfall to our website, and creating opportunities for the sales team.

  • Responsible for updating daily price changes.

  • Ensure quality of images online are to the highest standard.

  • Reviewing pricing reports with sales manager to make sure all stock is priced correctly and within our pricing policy and in turn maximising our opportunity to sell.

    Excellent IT skills with a good understanding of Excel and Word.

  • Understanding of Motor trade would be an advantage.

  • Good people skills.


  • The ideal candidate will be self-motived whilst being able to support your team, ambitious and eager to learn as no two days are the same, and must be IT literate and comfortable using an online database. You'll be confident when meeting internal and external customer requirements, organised when managing your own workload, and brilliant at communicating when building long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

    Previous motor trade experience or experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
