We are recruiting to a new and exciting role of Scheduling & Monitoring Officer who will lead the scheduling and monitoring function within our Care at Home service. This key role will drive and develop the use of our scheduling and monitoring software solution and will line manage our team of Scheduling and Monitoring Assistants, in a fast paced environment.
You will oversee resource management to ensure all home care visits to our service users are planned and monitored as well as prioritising workloads in response to changing service demands and availability. You will also act as the focal point for scheduling and monitoring related enquires, data extraction, reporting and analysis provision for key stakeholders.
The role is integral to how we deliver person centred care services across East Renfrewshire enabling individuals to remain safe and supported within their own home.
You will report directly to the Team Manager - Service Support and the role will allow you to demonstrate your line management and technology skills as well as playing a key part in developing and improving service provision using forecasting and forward planning approaches.
This full time posts typically operates on a Monday to Friday work pattern although flexibility will be required reflecting the nature of the operational requirements of a seven day a week Care at Home service.
