Please note as this post is term time, your salary will be pro rata to weeks worked.

To manage the provision of efficient, effective and flexible administrative support by effectively  managing the School Assistant and working as part of the wider school team.

To provide a customer focused service as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers.  Enquiries will range from colleagues requesting advice and support, to members of the public looking for the information on any aspect of School\Council services.  Endeavour to resolve all escalated service enquiries/requests within agreed timescales.

To provide support services of a standard that demonstrates a high level of initiative, judgement, confidentiality and responsibility.

To work with the School Management Team in the delivery of school diary events and specific projects that may impact on changes to procedures and practices across the Council.
