Balerno Community High School

Salary: £23,651 - £23,857 (pro rata for part-time and sessional)
Hours: 31.5 per week, 39 weeks sessional

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Business Support team. Your primary role will be to support pupil welfare, including first aid and the administration of medications as required. You will also be responsible for processing reprographic requests. You will also support with general administrative duties

You must demonstrate a flexible approach to supporting the school, and be committed to providing a high level of service to staff and pupils.

You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills as you will be communicating with staff, pupils and families.

Good organisational skills are essential to manage a varied workload.

Experience in using Microsoft office packages is desirable.

A current First aid certificate is desirable, with the commitment to attend training essential.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
