Manager, you will spearhead our work in Scotland, overseeing the delivery of our operational plan. You will develop strategic partnerships, secure funded partnership work, and expand our network of community groups, aligning with organisational goals and ensuring that KPIs are met. Providing leadership to the Scotland delivery team, you will ensure high-quality project delivery and the achievement of engagement and satisfaction targets. Additionally, you will: - Identify and develop strategic partnerships with government departments, councils, business, and sporting governing bodies - Collaborate with central teams to maintain strong relationships with key partners - Identify, engage, and secure funding opportunities - Ensure the efficient co-ordination of services to members About You To be considered as the Scotland National Manager, you will need: - Experience of performance management and implementing development plans - Leadership and management skills -
