Scottish Advance Heart Failure / Transplant Clinic Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to join the Scottish Advanced Heart Failure Service, here at the Golden Jubilee National Hospital.  

This is a unique opportunity for a registered nurse to work alongside the current post holder and in conjunction with the transplant coordinators to care for our patients in a clinic setting.

We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse with an NMC registration, who has a passion for caring for our advanced heart failure and heart transplant patients. You should have excellent time management skills, be organised and have the ability to work independently and also within the SNAHF nursing team.
