Full Job Description

As a Dietician you will aid and deliver projects across health & wellbeing services including; diabetes prevention and remission, smoking cessation and weight management. You will actively contribute to service improvements, working across diverse populations to provide an exceptional service. Our health & wellbeing's experienced team is dedicated to making the UK's local communities healthier. We help people to understand and take control of their own health through sustained behaviour change, transforming lives for the better through weight management, quit smoking services, diabetes services, cardiovascular disease prevention and health coaching & social prescribing.   • Deliver training and supervision to health and wellbeing coaches and assist in the internal qualitative assessment framework
  • Work as part of an MDT and multi-professional team to assist various programmes across Xyla services
  • Maintain adequate CPD and continue to meet HCPC registration requirements
  • Programme management - including managing the development and evaluation process.
  • Help research and dietetic student placements

    HCPC Registered Dietitian
  • BDA membership
  • Evidence of conducting clinical audit/research
