Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting a semi-skilled machinery assembler to join our team at our depot in Forfar. Flexibility on a part-time or full-time basis.

This is an interesting role working within our workshop to assemble and PDI a large variety of machines including tractors, lawnmowers, Groundcare equipment, ATVs, UTVs and more.

From delivery of goods in and out you will manage a section of our Workshop, including unloading and loading lorries and machinery storage maintenance. This role will primarily consist of the assembly of new machinery to the specifications of customers, PDI (pre-delivery inspection) and the testing of newly built machinery.

This role will include:

  • Assembling machinery to specification

  • PDI (pre-delivery inspection)

  • Cleaning and prepping machines

  • Quality control & testing of built machinery

  • Machinery storage maintenance

  • Uploading & loading lorries

  • Managing goods in and out
