I am delighted to be supporting one of Edinburgh's leading agencies in their search to grow their Account Management team due to an increase in client portfolio. As an award-winning creative agency that works across local SMEs to global giants, this is an amazing opportunity for a candidate who thrives on innovation and collaboration.  

My client is on the hunt for an experienced Account Manager who can be the key link between clients and the creative department. The role centres around leading clients accounts on all fronts, from strategic input to full financial management.

Key role responsibilities:

• Taking the lead on assigned accounts; managing budget, profitability, estimates, quotes, invoices, growth, timescales, briefing, presentations and comms
• Owning the agency-client relationship, building and maintaining strong relationships with senior clients
• Strategic input on all projects, continuously evaluating and pushing forward
• Actively participating in new business opportunities
• Building strong relationships within your own team and across the agency, fostering collaboration and development

To be considered for this role you will:

• Be a driven individual, always striving for the best results both for the agency and client
• Excel in building strong, long-term relationships – both internally and externally
• Have experience working in a fast-paced marketing/creative/ad agency
• Be used to managing multiple clients across a range of industries
• Currently be in a position where you manage your own accounts with responsibility for timescales, project and financial management
• Be confident pitching to C-suite level clients and handling objections
