Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated individual with accounts management experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records by processing invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Process and manage supplier invoices and payments
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and maintain accounts receivable records
• Manage employee expense claims and reimbursements
• Prepare financial documents for audits and maintain organised filing systems
• Support Management Accountant and Finance Managers in daily operations
• Assist with accounts preparation
• Post cash book, purchase and sales ledger transactions

Requirements:

• Previous exposure to finance operations
• Good Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Full Time, Permanent Role
