Full Job Description

Asset Management Partners is an ultra-flexible workspace company that offers month-to-month contracts for micro and small businesses. 

We are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to maximise investors' returns on commercial property investments. Under our two main brands, Storage Vault - Scotland’s fastest growing self storage company and CoVault, combined we operate over 30 locations in Scotland and are experiencing rapid growth in an exciting period. 

The Role 

With our first-class city centre office, you will be able to take advantage of a wide range of exciting opportunities within our asset management team. 

It's an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard-working candidate who can handle a wide range of administrative tasks including office management, financial administration, events planning, and facilities co-ordination. 

A positive attitude and exceptional communication skills are critical to succeed in the role. 

The successful candidate will be expected to work from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday in our office.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Support the senior management team with administrative tasks across the development, finance and operational teams based at HQ.
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently when liaising on the phone, email and in person when greeting clients at front of house.
  • Identify stock requirements for all consumables, refreshments, stationary, toiletries etc.
  • Work closely with Maintenance Team to ensure reported maintenance matters are given due attention and scheduled for works.
  • Schedule recurring maintenance visit to adhere to health and safety law. 

Experience and Abilities 

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in administration.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Capable and experienced in communicating via phone, email and in person.
  • Be a self-starter with a “can-do” approach when tackling new challenges.
  • Be forward-thinking and proactive with a willingness to learn.
