Peace Recruitment is recruiting for one of our top bespoke PM/BS consultancy clients, who are looking to onboard an MRICS Building Surveyor up to Associate level to join and help lead their busy team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.

You can expect to have full autonomy on the projects you run and a clear opportunity to grow within the company and be a crucial part of the team, delivering exceptional building surveying services within their specialised sector. Our client has a solid pipeline or work and are growing organically at record rate. 

 

I would like to speak with previous experience working with high end commercial private sector clients. In the role you can expect to work on a mix of Dilapidations, Project Work, TDD and Business Development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  • MRICS Qualified
  • Proven experience in building surveying with a focus on commercial private sector clients
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Client-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a tight-knit team.
