Senior Associate - FSDI

We are recruiting for a Senior Associate to join our market leading FSDI team in Glasgow, on an initial 12 month fixed term contract basis. This role offers flexible working and would best suit a qualified Solicitor 4+ year's PQE. Your Role As a key addition to the team, you can expect to be involved with:

• Running a varied caseload for key financial services clients including clearing banks, private banks, building societies and/or niche lenders
• Supporting our FSDI Partners and assisting junior members of the team
• Acting as a key point of contact for one or more strategic clients and being a trusted business advisor to clients
• Actively engaging in business development activities
  
  A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered), with prior legal experience in financial or commercial litigation
• A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
• Commercial awareness with some exposure to business development and the ability to maintain and nurture strong client relationships
• Ability to develop a deep understanding of your client's business needs and act in the best interest of the firm and the client
• Contribution to our collaborative culture, with an ambition to assist in the development of junior team members
