Senior Business Analyst| 6 Months (Outside IR35)| Hybrid (Glasgow/Edinburgh)

Harvey Nash's Client is recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst on a 6 month contract.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain a record of decisions, assumptions, and unresolved questions.
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and tracking the benefits of projects related to defined outcomes and objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams in Product Management and Service Design inform updates.
  • Provide support to the Domain Principal Analyst as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for new processes and customer improvements.
  • Support Product and Agile leads within development teams, ensuring product delivery aligns with both customer and organisational needs.
  • Assist in the development and upskilling of junior staff members.
  • Collaborate with business change teams to identify and address challenges that could hinder the adoption of new processes or working methods.
  • Work with communication and organisational design teams to minimise the impact of changes.
  • Confidently engage with stakeholders and participate in established governance forums like the technical design authority.

  • Confident facilitating detailed collaborative workshops with customers and established cross-functional teams
  • Collaborative mindset seeking advice and input from a wide array of stakeholders across the customer and internal ecosystem
  • Working knowledge of Agile approaches in the design and delivery of digital services
  • Ability to support decisions making process through the effective synthesis of information from a wide array of sources
  • Experience synthesising complex information into clear and compelling visual stories
  • Experience mapping stakeholders, impact and processes,
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and teamwork skills
