Do you need a flexible working option where you choose your shifts?? Our Flexi-Care option allows you to manage your own availability when you cannot commit to set hours. Offering you the flexibility to do a minimum of 1 shift per week, however, the option to do 2,3 or more shifts per week across our estate of Care Homes within North & South Lanarkshire, Glasgow & Dundee. That's why we are currently looking to hire the very best Senior Carers to join our team, could that be you?", As part of a multidisciplinary team, our Senior Care Assistants have responsibility for assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care the implementation and evaluation of these programmes ensuring the delivery of high quality care and outcomes for service users. You will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision as well as demonstrating procedures to and supervise SSSC registered care staff. Additionally, you will also direct, coordinate and supervise, the work of other staff within the unit to promote best practice in relation to resident care.
You should be a qualified Senior Carer with a valid SVQ3 or equivalent with experience in the administration of medication and staff supervision, whilst being able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills working as part of a care team.,
- SSSC registered
- SVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- PDA Medication or equivalent/ PDA Supervision or equivalent
- Previous experience at Senior level
- Ability to work effectively as part of a care team All staff are highly-qualified and up-to-date with care sector developments and regulatory issues. This coupled with our close links with health services partners ensures care packages are always appropriate and unique to individual needs.
- Flexible Contracts, with a minimum 1 shift per week
- Excellent Rate Of Pay: £15.40 per hour
