Full Job Description
- Perform support visits and supervisions as agreed with the Care Manager.
- Perform client reviews & quality assurance visits as agreed with the Care Manager.
- Provide mentoring and support to Care professionals within your team and provide client support and reporting services within your area.
- Pickup and audit of client logs
- Weekend on call cover and two nights during the week divided by the team.
Driving is essential for this role. - 2 years of care experience
- Must be flexible and an adaptable individual
- Have the right to work in the UK

As a Senior Care Professional, you will be commercially aware and be proud to represent Home Instead and be an ambassador for our high-quality services we provide.
Our award-winning Glasgow North team are based in Milngavie, and your role will involve a mixture of office based commercial and administration work, care co-ordination and field work which can mean travelling across our territory within the Glasgow North area therefore being a car driver is essential. Primarily you will be based in the office however due to the nature of the care setting environment you will need to be flexible in your approach to working patterns.
10 hours office based and 20 hours community based. Must be flexible with working pattern. Additional pay for on call,
