Full Job Description

  • Perform support visits and supervisions as agreed with the Care Manager.

  • Perform client reviews & quality assurance visits as agreed with the Care Manager.

  • Provide mentoring and support to Care professional's within your team and provide client support and reporting services within your area.

  • Pickup and audit of client logs

  • Weekend on call cover and two nights during the week divided by the team.

    Driving is essential for this role.

  • 2 years of care experience

  • Must be flexible and an adaptable individual, providing care: 2 years (required)

  • supervisory: 1 year (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (required)

  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)

    Our award winning South Ayrshire & Kilmarnock team are based in the centre of Ayr, and your role will involve a mixture of office based commercial and administration work, care co-ordination and field work which can mean travelling across our territory within the South Ayrshire & Kilmarnock area therefore being a car driver is essential. Primarily you will be based in the office however due to the nature of the care setting environment you will need to be flexible in your approach to working patterns.
