Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor (PQS)

Peace Recruitment has landed another amazing opportunity with a privately owned SME consultancy in Glasgow. Our client has won a considerable amount of new projects/developments ranging from £5m to £10m which require an experienced Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor to support the team.

Our client is seeking someone from a PQS background that can independently manage projects, ideally experienced in residential, BTR and hotel developments, Employers Agent, Contract Administration and Procurement is advantageous for this role. There is an expectation to have occasional travel to projects UK and locally in Scotland, therefore a clean UK driving licence is required.
