These projects are generally focused on education and require a well-rounded QS to deliver them efficiently.

You will will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and will have previous experience of delivering building projects up to £20 million as a Project QS or Senior QS with a good knowledge of publicly funded projects and their commercial elements such as contracts, procurement channels and reporting. Candidates with experience of working on commercial projects within Education are desirable.,

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent knowledge.
• Chartered Member of RICS, ICES, or CIOB, or working towards membership.
• Professional Qualified Person CSCS Card.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in managing project costs.
