Based at County Buildings, Market Street, Forfar.

This job is workstyle 3 - Flexi.

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from a variety of locations, working from council buildings, working in service user’s locations and site visits and you can work from home to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Planning Officer, you will assist with the co-ordination of provider meetings by preparing agendas and issuing calendar invites and distribute relevant papers.  You will also be required to prepare statistical information and reports through data collection and analysis, presenting information in various formats.

You will also be required to attend meetings and produce minutes and update action notes.
