As a Senior Consultant within the AMCL UK&I team, you will be responsible for:

• Delivery leadership: Managing high-profile client engagements, responsible for managing a team of consultants, delivering outstanding work, and developing long-term client relationships
• Expanding our capabilities: Identifying and securing business opportunities in new and existing markets; driving thought leadership and representing AMCL at conferences across the globe
• Developing our people: Coaching and mentoring of team members

  Experience and Technical Knowledge
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, defence, or consulting roles
• Strong understanding of asset management and related elements
• Working knowledge of relevant asset management standards, including ISO 55000
• Familiarity with asset information and an interest in digital transformation
Education and Certifications
• Strong academic background in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
• IAM Certificate and/or Diploma preferred, with progress towards chartership or other relevant professional certifications
Project Management and Delivery
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects, delivering on time, and within budget
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities effectively
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying and securing business opportunities in new and existing markets
Communication and Leadership
• Excellent written, presentation, influencing and communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire team members
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality outputs for clients
• Experience with complex problem-solving in consulting or asset-intensive organisations
